1. Overview

At NovaTask, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our services and products. This policy outlines the circumstances under which NovaTask may issue a refund, the process for claiming a refund, and the responsibility of NovaTask in cases of a refund claim.

2. Service-Based Products

For our service-based offerings, such as consulting, development, and marketing services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Project-Based Services: For project-based work, payments are typically tied to milestones. A refund of the most recent milestone payment may be considered if the deliverables for that milestone are not provided as agreed upon in the project scope. No refunds will be issued for previously approved milestones.
  • Subscription Services: For monthly or annual subscription services (e.g., retainers, managed services), you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, we do not offer prorated refunds for the remaining period of the subscription. Service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (such as templates, reports, or pre-built software components), we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed. If you experience a technical issue with a digital product, please contact our support team for assistance.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Third-party fees (e.g., domain registration, government filing fees, ad spend).
  • Services that have already been fully rendered and delivered.
  • Company formation and other legal/compliance services where government fees have already been paid on your behalf.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of the payment or project milestone completion. Please send your request to sales@novatask.dev with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your invoice number, a description of the issue, and the reason for your request.

Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the request is not made in good faith or if the service has been delivered as per the agreed terms.
